Anhydrous video

Its just over a couple of weeks since I shot this video of applying anhydrous. Been in the tractor every day since then until today. 11 hours in the swather today cutting last year's spring wheat.

your stuck too. this year is a night mare. spend more time going in circles around the saturated ground. just wont dry.

I look at your nice big fields, and your equipment and try to envision your Cockshutt 50 as the big tractor working that same ground. And the time it takes now to cross that same field with today’s tractor compared to the 1950’s tractor. I can’t imagine working that much ground with a 6 horse hitch the way my Grandfather did.

I think about that too when working those same fields my grandparents worked. Often thinking to myself that if I had to sit on an open tractor all those hours in the extremes of weather we get, I would not be doing it.
