4320 quick grind going from 3rd to reverse

Guys I am looking into buying a 1971 4320. I am unable to test drive it so I had a video of it running and shifting through the gears sent to me. I noticed that when shifting through 3rd to reverse there was a quick grind but no problem going into reverse. Im not completely sure he was stopped all the way before shifting. The tractor is turned up a bit and he wants 10900. There aren't any fenders or rops on it. From the video it seems to be a strong tractor and well running. It fired right up and no other issues except that grind and I mean it was minimal. The hours are estimated to be around 6000-7000 hours, the rubber looks good and the clutch pedal adjustment indicator is about in the middle. Not really sure how else to describe other than the owner said it has life left in it. Any recommendations on the grinding

Saw a set of real nice Deere flat-top fenders sell for $1500 awhile back--don't remember if they had brackets---Tee

I don't believe the 4320 is synchronized into the reverse gears like the 4020 and 3020's are so a little grinding would be common unless he was pretty well stopped. Bob
