Looks like the seat is from an old school bus.

Classmate brought one of those to shop class one semester, we did a lot of work on it. When we fired it up the Principal was down there

I've had some of these. Didn't want to see them parted out.
This one looks like it has a Model TT truck rear axle with worm drive
for slow speed pulling. The earliest Model AA trucks could have had worm
drive also, but don't come across those. Usually they had another
transmission behind the stock one. Biggest problem was to keep them
cool if working hard.
