this is an agri-master tire and I sure cant find much info on where its made or how good of a tire it is. appears maybe agri-master and bkt are in bed together?

Agri-master is/ was made by(for?) Co-op. I've had a couple... visibly smaller than other brands the same size, and crack and fail earlier than other brands I've used.

Where did you get Co-op tires, Not to be found in my part of Ohio but Co-op-Cockshutt tractors were fairly popular. And being visabily smaller that was the Firestone bias ply field and road years ago that the sidewalls would crack in first year between every lug and tires were not underinflated as Fireston claimed so they would do nothing. Fact is their recomended pressure was underinflated so had to put more pressure in to get them so were not running flat.

If you're buying the tire new from a dealer the dealer should be able to tell you something about it. Where it's made, who makes it, etc.. There are a lot of brands out there that you've never heard of, that tire dealers can get.

When the tire dealer can't tell you anything about the tire, then maybe it's time to back away and find something different.

From what little I can find the Agri-Master tires look like Galaxy tires or another Firestone Field and Road lookalike. My tire dealer recently mentioned a brand that was using the old Field and Road molds but I can't remember what it was... Alliance maybe?
