In the process or rewiring the 3020 . I’m putting a fuse panel in place of the relays so I can add a few extra circuits. Didn’t get very far my solenoid is bad and I gave up for now

What are you adding? A set of systems monitoring circuits with sensors and alarms and and circuit breakers to shut systems down if something happens that could hurt the machine or operator?

Nice starter. 3020 diesel converted to 12 volt? Mines still 24, I hate to trouble shoot but it sure starts good.

Not mounted on the bench right either, the plane of the ridgid jaw should be slightly past the edge of the work bench so long items can’t be clamped vertically. May be some structural member under the bench top that does not allow convenient bolting close to the edge. It does look like a good old sturdy unit though.

Want to put flashers on all the implements eventually gotta a Trimble gps I want to put on for spraying and the radio needs a circuit and the cigarette lighter in the dash and I have one that mounts by the radio to power s phone charger and my satellite radio

That was my great grandpas vice it got lost when my grandpa moved into the new house for who knows how many years was digging by the old house and up out of the ground it came cleaned the dirt off and soaked it in a bucket of diesel and freed it up then we mounted it to a big stump then it got lost again and my cousin ended up with it I asked him if I could get it and he gave it to me . It’s a tough sob I’ve used 3 foot cheaters on it you can see Cheater and hammer marks the whole length of the handle and all over the vice jaws

WOW and i thought getting a tractor with FM was the best upgrade..

Adding monitors is such a pain. Why couldn't they put a standard plug on all monitors...
