Bird Control

Maybe try borrowing or renting a propane gun. It'll scare them off fairly well. Just don't place it next to yours or your neighbors home.

Propane canon works, but won?t make you popular with the neighbors. We have a commercial pecan grower about 3 miles away. They used the propane canon for a couple of years until increasing complaints convinced them to stop. The canon would go off, at random, every 2-5 minutes, 24-7.

good morning,
When I had sweet corn, I would take one dead crow and spread it on the ground, wings open, in the corn. They disliked that and would then leave the corn alone. They would be afraid to come near. I also found that taking a black plastic bag and cutting an open-winged silhouette of a crow from it and spread that out on the ground worked fine too. I made it slightly larger than normal and also gave it a large yellow eye with a paint pen. Once upon a time there was a seed coating we would put on called Crow Jinx and that worked well but I can no longer find it. It was a coal tar derivative apparently. it stunk like creosote. These tricks work well.
