Hi there.

New member, I'm looking for anyone who may know where to buy tires for a Empire Garden Tractor model st 651, cant pull up much online. The tires on the tractor I've inherited have literally rotted off it. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

Have you tried a local tire store? If you don't have a size for them, take in a rim and they can probably fix you up.

The original tread pattern, size, and maybe the manufacturer, may be gone to the ash pile of history. SO -- a replacement tire will be needed that may look different. Carlisle is a manufacturer of garden tractor tires, and may have an approximation of the pattern. Size as stated in the other responses will be standardized for the rim. Rim widths are measured from inside of the largest diameter to the inside across from it, where the tire bead is kept from pushing off. The diameter is measured across the opening of the hole in the tire if it was off the rim. Look at what you have remaining for a sequence like 6.50X10. It may also have a total height number like 26 on it as well. Jim

googling resulted in these images. The common pattern is called (IIRC) turkey track. It can be purchased for big bucks in big sizes i think, but common 45 degree alternating tread is available. Jim
