A while ago I posted asking for help with a sprayer at my job that just wouldnt hold pressure. I had replace the cups on the 4 pistons and put all new valves and seats in the head. I had checked all the "basics" resealing some of the threaded connections and re[placing some hard rubber suction hose. I had even blown back through the suction hose into tank with air and the power wash wand. The suction hose takes the long way to the pump-going up in tank Then down under engine across unit back up into screen and over to pump. I disassembled and cleaned all connections but still dropping off flow and pressure. As usual I had to keep going "back to the basics". Finally I got that suction pipe out from under the engine and off the tank. The very last fitting i undid was a 90 and it was plugged almost tight. It was a piece of fibreglass from inside the tank from a previous repair that an autobody shop did. The inlet has no screen and this piece plus others were lodged and would blow back when I blew through pipe and then suck back tight when I tried it. Works Now!
