IH 125E steering issue

I m having a steering problem with my 125E. When I bought it a few years ago it turned great to the right but turned slow to the left. I let a friend use it and I just got it back and not it turned slow to the right and left. I know he blew a few hydraulic lines and replaced them. He filled the hydraulic system up with ISO 68. That seems a little thick from what I have been reading. I was wondering if there was a way to adjust the brakes to make it turn sharp again?????? Please help

Well we have a problem this site will not let me post if I list my e mail but if you and I can get
