The broken bolt and welded bracket had been on the list of things that bug me, and while the paint was drying on that, the PTO guard got fixed up.That was yesterday, today I used a new fangled ladder to finish up a siding project on the west wall of the house.

Glad that's finished!
Now on to that steam powered rocket

Is it my imagination or do I see George lurking around behind that ladder lift apparatus you put together? His safety inspection certificate has proven here at YT to be somewhat in question at times .... LOL !!!!

I fretted over where to put the safety rope, but then I wasn't wearing a mask so I threw caution to the wind and climbed the ladders.
What I still can't believe is the fellow who installed the siding in a trade out deal 15 years ago, used only a ladder!
The platform was built a few years ago when the gutters and soffits were updated, putting the ladder on it today was nuts,, but I couldn't reach the top row!!
And no one stopped to help, but they slowed down as they drove by.
