What is going on with the internet connection with this site? It only connects every forth or fifth time. I have no problems with every other connection?

If you're using Edge it will time out.

I use Firefox on Linux and have a connection issue as well. I am on Verizon cell, and speed is throttled at 600Kbs. This is the only site I have connection issues with. It did start about 4-6 weeks ago. I typically get a security notice, but after retrying a few times, a page loads. Then, a couple of threads later, the notice pops up again. But, even with the errors, there is a LOT of good information from everybody here. zuhnc

It is extremely slow for me. I don?t know what happened but it slowed down a few months ago for me.i use 2 different iPads and it is the same on both of them.

Interesting that you have 2000 plus posts on here but are not aware of this. Site Comments is just another ..topic.. area. When you open up the ...Hop to:...drop down if you scroll down far enough you will see it. I have attached a link to the thread on there that fixerupper is referring to.

Thanks newhollandnut. very good explanation. I ,nightly, click on forums, select Allis Chalmers then Farmall, etc and don't spend much time on that forum page itself. You can select another forum without going back to the homepage each time. My old age is not a factor!
