This shaft is locked into a pillow box bearing with this split tapered collar when the threaded section is tightennd onto the split tapered collar. However, as seen in the pictures, the thread on the split collar is stripped and I need to get another one. I have searched for a threaded split collar but nothing like this shows up, so it must be called another name. Anyone have an idea what it is called?

Usually called a "keyless bushing". The closest I've seen to what you show in your pictures is a Dodge GT (Grip Tight) model. Can't say for sure if that is what you have tho.

The collar goes with the bearing. It is called a threaded locking collar bearing. They also come in concentric instead of threaded.

We called them tapered bearing bushings at the block plant, used a bunch of them on the vibrator bearings on the block molds.Any industrial supply house should have them.
