ih 464 loader problems

Hello I just purchased a nice little international 464 gas I am new to tractors and I am sure this has been discussed before I have look at the forums and I have a small understanding but could use some enlightenment. The loader is tied to the rear remotes when digging or handling heavy loads the control valve keeps popping to neutral I believe this is as designed for protection when using remotes. I believe that the high pressure crossover or power beyond port is required to best connect loader. I looked at the control valve under the seat and it appears to have a 4 bolt valve with what looks like a end plate with a port. I cant determine if the port means it is setup as a power beyond setup or if all valves have the plate and there is more needed to make it a power beyond. Thank you for your help...

my did that also. i put a rubber strap on the handle to help . it worked
