IH 464 73-78 Fluid Type and fill location

I have a 75 IH 464 that was left on a farm I purchased and am not sure what type of fluid to add or where to add the trans fluid. I removed the seat and found a small fill cap there which smells like trans fluid, but I'm not sure what to add there. Any help is appreciated.

I thought the filler hole was behind the seat and not under it (between the seat and the fuel tank). Anyway, get a second job and see if you can afford Hy-Tran fluid, you
should use that.

The large pipe plug right behind the fuel tank is the filler. Could also have an MSV or top link holder blocking sight of it.

I've been running generic UTF in a newer model of that series for years.
