good morn happy easter. i have a cub cadet scc225 straight shaft i have not been able to find anywhere if I can run brush cutter or pole saw found both for sale but dont want buy if wont work .thanks

I think that's only 25 cc's, and you may be short on power. I have a Stihl that I think is a little bigger, and it's barely enough power. It's important to have a very sharp blade, with a good blade it can cut brush over 1 inch.
