The tire I flat spotted was a new spare that came with dump trailer back in 2011

So I only bought 3 new replacements which are radials and heavier load rating.
The radials are still good and the original spare didn't last. That's the one I flat spotted.

Trailer tires are not very good choice. It only means that not to run a on a car-truck. I never replace a trailer tire-tire. I always buy a LT tire or very good car tire on smaller trailer. We always take camper tires off new camper and replace with a LT tire and never have a problem. Trailer tires are really made just to get a new trailer to the dealer. If you ever see a person who transports new campers ask him about the tire problems they have just going a few hundred miles.

Miner, I?m done with them too!

One of the last ones I bought went out of round within 200 miles.

Put the new spare on, it shredded within 20 miles with a very light load. Took the light and fender off!
