Allis Challmers backhoe

I was wondering how rare this tractor is and how many were made

I would say not rare. Hard to tell from your photo for certain but; but it looks like maybe a WD. It is a farm tractor someone put a loader and hoe on. It was not built as a backhoe loader by AC.

It has a Henry front loader and a Henry backhoe it is a little bit longer than the other wd45 he has sitting here too

It looks to be a WD series tractor probably an "industrial" version. Most manufacturers made TBL
Tractor Backhoe Loader combinations. Allis Chalmers made construction specific equipment. SOme may
know more about numbers

2 WD45 tractors, one longer than the other, is the shorter one gas and longer one diesel?

Nope both gas. Actually the motor out of the one went into it because the original needs a rebuild. He still has the original tho

When you say longer, what do you mean? Wheel base? Is the radiator closer to the front of the frame on one than the other? Does one hood measure longer than the other? What are the serial numbers of the tractors?

I couldn t find the serial numbers but he told me that they were wd45s from the serial number. The backhoe has a longer frame if you look at a normal wide front compared to this one, it is 6 1/2 inches longer

When you say longer frame you say "look at a normal wide front, are you saying the front is 6-1/2" longer (wider) or the channel frame rails down the side of the tractor are longer?

I m not around it right now but I can t ell you their is no mounting bracket for a seat like your it sits right on top of the rear axle

That picture is from the TractorData site showing where the serial number is located. The seat was likely modified by someone. More, and clear, pictures wouldn't hurt, if you are looking for something more specific about it/them beyond what has been discussed.
