TEA20 throttle cork replacement

Hi All,

I?m going to replace the the throttle cork on my fergy. When I do it, will I have to reset the govener? If I do, it it difficult?

Any help appreciated.

I replaced the cork disc on my Farmall, turned out to be a much thicker disc. 1/8 inch vs. 1/16 inch. Ran just the same afterwards, no difference.

As long as you don't loosen the U bolt at the front of the shaft, the governor will remain set.

If you have to take the U bolt off, scribe it first, then it can be put back where it was.
