The motor is ready to go back in the tractor,BUT, they dumped the trash dumpster last week and the bottom was rusted out, so I needed to fix that.
We bought it used in 2002 when we put the house up. I had patched the bottom 8 or 10 years ago and it was beyond patching this time. I ended up having a new bottom cut and formed for it and then I welded it in. Painted the new steel with primer and then painted the whole thing. Finished that today, neighbor had a Craftsman zero turn mower setting by the road, I ended up buying it, it had some issues and the grass is growing, so I have been working on it so I can mow grass soon. Maybe next week I can get back to the tractor.
