This is a response to an antifreeze question that seemed to deride another's post.
Mike M. I am not at the luxury of identifying exactly what chemical analysis is performed on our coolant. However, I promise to give you the test results when I can. I have added SCA per chemical analysis, annually, but even when kept in order, I was advised by the laboratory that I had to swap coolant for new.
Powercool SCA comes to mind for an additive that extended the life to 8 or so years. I am not an advocate for anything, well, perhaps a religious preference.
