1958 Ford Work Master 601: Hydraulic Issue

I'm having trouble with the hydraulics losing their prime and I'd like to change the hydraulic tubes that run through the transmission. Does anyone know where to buy them?

I wonder if the hydraulic reservoir has ever been cleaned. I'm not familiar with the intake area but is
it possible that it is plugged or restricted by an accumulation of sludge? Just asking.

Someone will come along with the link to the thread that tells how to do that, but it is a BIG job. Are you sure that you have eliminated all of the easy to fix possible causes.

After priming, it will run all day without any issues Could it still be the seals in the pump. I,m going to replace the clutch that is why I thought maybe it would be a good time to change the tubes.

I'd re-seal the pump before tearing the transmission apart.

New pump seal fixed my problem. Also, check o'rings where external tubes attach.
