Picked up this Ford 101 a while back.
$75. It looked nice painted so I got
after the ford 3 bottom next.

Unproven fact....they work better when
they are pretty.
 
Looks good. You need to widen your rear wheels on the tractor with the 3 bottom plow if you?re going to do a good job of plowing with it. I?m guessing that is the 960? I never tried 3 bottom plow on my 960 but it would pull 2-14? Oliver trailer plow very well.
 
Very nice!! Thanks for sharing pictures of your projects. We need more of that.

The other thing a painted plow does is upturn your lips at their ends. :) My wife says that always happens to me when I drive a tractor. I would argue that is a proven fact.

I would say that plow needs same 52" wheel tread as any single or 2 bottom needs. Widen and the front bottom would be trying to take too wide of a cut. Only on larger (4 bottom up) in a semi mount does that work. Used a bunch of 3 point, drag type and semi mount and my experance tells me that. Started plowing over 60+ years ago.
