RH/LH threaded coupler / adjuster

Some tractors have a threaded coupler for adjusting the clutch linkage. I need to get a couple for projects. Do any of you know what they are called? I ve been searching and keep coming up empty.

A couple options are getting a turnbuckle and then fitting whatever ends you need to it if the original ends don't suit you. Second would be using a sleeve nut, which is made for fasting pieces with a LH thread to ones with a RH thread. McMaster-Carr and many other places carry them.

The ones with the same threads on both ends are called 'barrel nuts'. I don't know if the turnbuckle style are called that or not.

TimV, McMaster was my first thought, but I can't find any there, just RH threads at each end. Probably have them under another name???

Here's two places that have them:

TRK ..... I think barrel nuts have the same thread on both ends. Used for simply connecting threaded rods, not for lengthening or shortening.
