Hit and miss enterprises AWOL?

I know we are mainly tractors here, but I also know we like small iron.

Anybody having problems with these folks? I ordered in September, but didn't get the order by the end of the year. Talked to them in January, promised me my couple of things by 2/1. You can guess, never happened. Trying to get a hold of them by phone is a joke.

Courios if I drew the short straw or they are having systemic problems. Hoping they make it right.

I bought some stuff from them a few years ago and they were slow, but not THAT slow.

It has been years since I bought from them, so can't help you now.
They were good back then.

Ed is in and out of the hospital. Donna trying to do everything. Just give them a little time. keep calling you will get your parts

Didn't even think to look over there. I probably have been on smokstak 3-4 times in 10 yrs.

Never want to hear about health problems. I how they aren't taking anymore orders until they get ones that are 6+ months old taken care of first.

As Joe said the general consensus is you will eventually get what you paid for but don't expect them to abide by any delivery promises. While I sympathize with his health issues the delivery problems existed prior to that. The bulk of the engine community has moved on to other vendors.
