My case 480b locks up the right tire as you drive forward

first bet is you have oil/moisture ect in the brake housing, stretched return springs on the brake actuator,, rusty steel balls in the actuator, broken brake pedal spring, or even adjusted to tight will all cause this,, try driving it in rev and applying that brake a few times and see if it works loose

only seams to do it when it when it's cold and it will release if I dump the clutch

my below comment stands, keep doing it that way and you will break something someday unless you fix the problem,,
