Mr. F14, I bet the hardest part of that repair job is when you need a 1" wrench, you have to grab a 1/16". I hope u don't have fat fingers. Glad you are having fun this winter. Bill

Bill, I think he is working in 1/64th scale. He may need a magnifieng glas to find the wrenches, and heaven forbid that he drops a nut or bolt. HeHe.
Looks pretty nice there Fawteen.
I have been repairing some water damage in my cellar workshop after a well water pressure tank sprung a small leak and sprayed all over the front of the cellar. I'm now hanging a new sheetrock ceiling in the whole thing,to finish it off so no toy making so far this winter. With the celler finished off, I will have some more space to do some fun things with the toys like you are doing.----------------------------Loren

Looks like you're working in the snow! Does that indicate that all repairs get done well ahead of time, in the winter?

I've got a tractor in the shop which needs splitting. I have successfully ignored it so far.

Now that is very cool!!! I would never have thought of that!!
Brings back some great and some not so great memories!!!
I have a little diorama I bought. I'm going to look at adding that.

When first glanced at it I thought it was a pedal tractor - as a 6 year old I had one that looked just like that - apparently die cast isn't rugged enough to stand up to a wheelies.

Believe it or not, you can actually buy 1/64th scale hand tools! Laser-etched out of a sheet of foil. Had a LOT of fun separating them without destroying them.

Don't 9/16 wrenches disappear no matter what scale? Somewhere there is a hole with the dozens of them I have lost. Never lost a 5/8 or a 13/16 in my entire life. LOL Tom

Somewhere beyond The Outer Limits, there is an entire planet made up of nothing but 9/16ths wrenches, 10mm wrenches and odd socks.

That is fantastic, very nice work. Built a model railroad (HO) a few years back with my brother and Dad on an 8X8 piece of plywood, memorable times. The Mrs. says it's like a dollhouse for boys, keep the pics coming!

There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man - that?s where all the socks, wrenches , chains and ratchet straps are along with everything else that just disappears randomly
Here ya go

Nope, sold the last of them yesterday (the 22nd).

Tracks, sprockets, rollers, final drives and clutches sold like hotcakes. Somewhat to my surprise, the sheet metal (which was in great condition outside of a little surface rust) took the longest to sell.

(quoted from post at 16:27:44 01/22/20) A beercan is what...2 or 2-1/2 inches in diameter and 6 inches tall?

In 1/64th, that works out to about .040 by .100 inches.

For your micro beer cans;

To be to scale cutting down a needle bearing out of a u-joint to the right height should be pretty close and easy to do.

Painting on the logo, now that is a different story.
