These recipes tell exactly how to do it,you do this and that, then when you get done doing what you got to do with cattle or whatever, come back in and it's ready to eats etc, Most recipes are recommend by a Ranch and their brand is listed,thy tell a little history of the ranch, the kind of cattle they raise! well in my household many years ago my wife issued a standing order after one x-mass, I was told that x-mass gifts and others should not have anything to do with work. cooking in my house is work. I don't understand I love getting tools for work and tractors too. I guess that what happens when you been together almost 40 years. I posted this just for fun and some on here know what I talking about.
 
It?s a simple recipe but it sure tastes good . I bake up two or three big potatoes and then dig the insides out and either add sausage or hamburger then shredded cheese some sour cream and mix it all up . I try to make enough to last for a couple day?s I call it d@m good potatoes

Thanks but a cookbook would not fly in my house...or if it did it would land badly. FYI: Exercise bike isn't a great gift....but a thigh master is worse yet....just sayin
