I have used them for the last several years. I've had good ones and the other kind. I have moved three time because I get a thing. Right now I go to Lufkin VA and satisfied. I also have Medicare with a supplement, so I don't just relied on the VA, even though I'm at 80% disable.

I go to the VA docs for my hearing aids, blood work, flu and pneumonia shot. Also got my two Shingles shot there. Haven?t tried them for my arthritis as it?s not service related.

Been using the VA as my primary healthcare giver for over 10 years but still have a local MD because my VA hospital is a couple of hours away. No problems and very satisfied.

Yes, I do.. Just like anywhere, there are good and bad doctors. For the most part, we have been happy with them after several knee scopes, one knee replacement, back surgery, shoulder surgery, and a host of other things.....
Can't afford any other insurance, so it helps a lot, even though the nearest VA hospital is 2 hours away.

I have been using the VA for about 2.5 yrs now I'm very happy with the medical care I have gotten and am getting I was 72 when I when I switched to the VA had been going to a local clinic for 20 yrs but just could not talk to them about my horrible pain found out it was arthritis and got in to see a rheumatologist at the VA got in in less than 10 days local clinic had no rheumatologist and it was a 60+ day wait to get into one 80+ miles away the arthritis now under control for the most part do get flairs but its manageable VA yes
