Trying to beat the weather

Was in Albuquerque this week.

Snow predicted for ABQ mid morning, severe weather in Dallas, and blizzard in Iowa tonight.

We were supposed to leave at 11:00 AM and land in Cedar Rapids @ 7:00 PM, got up at 2:30 AM grabbed 5:00 flight hoping to be home by noon.

I am a programmer by trade, so early mornings are not natural, but I am in the construction industry, so that forces me to adapt.

It was a stressful day to travel, but home.
