Southern Illinois landmark?

Any Southern Illinois folks recognize this "landmark"? There is Old Glory flying at the upper right being blown by a strong southern wind on New Years Night.

A clue: It's the top of a tall building in prime farm country.

We have a Purina plant here in Flagstaff. Can?t say I remember a flag on their tower. Smell from it is enough to make you gag.

I probably asked a totally unrealistic question. Best I answer it.

The posted photo is atop the TOP AG elevator in Okawville. It's a very tall building and has the Purina checkerboard painted around the top.

Interesting.
Okawville and Nashville are about 12 miles apart.
Nashville has Purina Animal elevator.
Okawville is I think called Okawville Farmers elevator
