Year-Around-Cab bulb replacement

How do I remove the rubber around the bulb in order to replace it? Or is there another way?

I usually just stick a screw driver between the bulb and the rubber and pop them out

I do it like sv. below. When putting new one in I lube the rubber with hand lotion.

By the way. If you know the type of bulb or when you get it out....go on Ebay and buy an LED replacement. You will be thrilled!!!

But where can I get good rubber rings for the lights for a reasonable cost? Last ones I priced were over $10.00 each. bulbs are cheap.

Problem solved! The wife's hair dryer did the trick. It softened the old stiff rubber & I was easily able to remove the old bulb.

I?ve had them so dry and brittle I replaced them before. If they are not to bad you can soak them in hot water
