We are having a grey Christmas. Pretty heavy fog all day, was supposed to lift at 11:00am, nope got heavier maybe instead. Temp either side of freezing, we have
several inches of snow on the ground from longer ago.

Drab, but beats having a storm.

Don?t really remember what a shadow looks like, very little sun for months now. Best we get is high overcast skies.

My family and I went for a walk around the town this evening since
it?s 49*. That?s probably the first time I?ve been out of the house on
Christmas Day, in at least 6 years. Certainly is strange for SE
Michigan.

Yep, second warmest Christmas Day in quite a while in the SW corner for he Mitten. Seems like 1984 was warmer; I remember Christmas at an ex-girlfriend's Grandma's house that year, pictures outside in tee shirts and shorts! Better not recall that too fondly, or loudly...

50 Something in eastern Nebraska today.

Reminded me of a time at Cherry Point, NC when a buddy of mine and I water skied on Christmas day. Air temp was in the 60's and water temp probably 40 or 50. We dang near froze, actually, but we wanted to be able to say we water skied on Christmas day.

Not all the far away from you, but I don?t think it
ever got above freezing in South Central Ontario
today. It was nice and sunny most of the day. And I
agree , far better then a snow storm.

65 in southern Indiana today. In 2015 we
went to Gatlinburg for Christmas it was 72
and my buddy in texas was getting snow

Days and days of overcast skies here in Sask. continue but at least it is white. Not enough to shovel or snowblow but at least it looks normal. I would hate to
see no snow this time of year. Temp at 20 degrees is above normal but not enough to melt snow.

Snow is gone and today the high was 66 deg. The shop only made it up to 58,it does take awhile to heat up the concrete.

day, up to 70 by Monday.
We'll have pneumonia!!
