I want to mount a heavy bumper/counterweight to the front of my 445.i need to know what size and threads it has to get the right bolts.anyone???

Sorry there?s 2 threaded holes on the front near the axle pivot tractor should be the same as 1255 Oliver

I believe that the Fiats built for sale in the US used a lot of sae specs on things the operators would encounter in day to day use. 7/8? wrenches to drain fluids, check power steering fluid level and threaded attachment points to the cast frame . I remember adding a loader to our white 2-60 and finding those bolt holes accepting 5/8? Nc threaded bolts. Of course I could be remembering that wrong. I do know that loader is still on the White and my 1255 has a nifty front hitch that I added and didn?t buy any big metric bolts..

Just came in from looking at the 1255. The bolt holes down low on the sides near the front of the engine block.take a fine thread sae bolt but that is probably a coincidence fit. My nifty front bumper and ball hitch is held in place by four smaller diameter bolts with nuts. I?m not feeling up to dismantling it today. Enjoy a merry Christmas.
