Oliver 770 radiator cap

I posted this on the Oliver forum but didn't get much response. I bought a 1962 770 diesel industrial tractor loader backhoe a few months ago. The radiator on this one isn't set up for the usual twist on cap. It came with a piece of hose shoved onto the radiator neck with a cap from a plastic jug plugging it. Tramway Guy did confirm that it is supposed to be a pressurized system. What type of radiator cap is it supposed to have?

Looks to me like the flange that the cap is supposed to attach to has been broken off.

If you can solder, there's sources for new necks, otherwise you'll need to take it to a radiator shop (IF you can still find one).
