Hydraulic system problem JD1050 with Allied 390 Loader

After having removed all hydraulic oil from the tractor, the loader cylinders(4), and all lines; and replacing the hydraulic oil filter and cleaning the s.s. micro-screen and refilling the system with new hydraulic oil, working all loader controls back and forth for 40 minutes I cannot seem to get all of the air out of the system, for the loader does not work fully, nor consistently, and sometimes not at all. )The rear rocker arm lift works properly.)
I replaced the oil for it was contaminated with water, getting in at the shifter boot, which I have replaced, along with the oil fill o-ring.
While working the loader controls, I have kept adding oil to now the point of overflow (out the shifter), so I know I have added more than enough oil for the tractor and loader capacities (almost 14.5 gallons at this point).
I think I need advice on how to "bleed" the final air out of the loader system ? (I have been told that is not necessary, but I m now not so sure that is true.)
During the filing and working of the loader controls have also replaced the oil filter twice, and cleaned the ss micro-screen three times, thinking that minor miscellaneous contaminated oil (that was not evacuated) might be clogging the filters.
How would You suggest I bleed the air ? (partially loosen two lines at the throw ? or pull side ? of a pair of the cylinders (curl or lift cylinders ? )
Thank you, Edward.

You may have to let it sit for awhile as the oil when blended with air will prevent you from getting it all out. Think of a hydraulic Latte

. Are the tractor hydraulics open Center or closed Center ? Is the loader joystick valve open Center or closed Center ? Is the system plumbed open Center or closed Center ? Where is the loader supply oil and loader return oil plumbed into the tractor ?

Not familiar with the controls on that tractor.

Is there a valve to switch from the rear lift to the loader?

Is there possibly a front engine driven pump that operates the loader, separate from the rear lift?

It is highly unusual to have to bleed hydraulic cylinders. Typically the air will be pushed out the first few times the cylinder is fully cycled. Symptoms of air in a cylinder are bouncy, erratic action, but still capable of moving full travel.

A cylinder that will not fully extend is a symptom of low oil, the oil level falling below the pump pick up before the cylinder reaches it's full extension. You should be hearing the pump moan, the engine RPM increase as the pump looses it's oil and ability to make pressure. That's why I wonder if there is a separate pump and tank for the loader.

If this info is correct, the oil is way over full, it will need to be drained down before it leaks into something it's not supposed to.

Open center hyd's on a JD 1050.Cycling boom/bucket cylinders is the most efficient method to remove air from hyd system if hyd pump is primed/pumping oil.

I was asking to see if the poster knew the difference between open, closed and what the tractor is . In order to form another explanation later .
