Any of you guys that are on Facebook seen the mini ride on excavator ads for sale at $159 plus free shipping?
Seems impossible, must be a catch?
Looks like it would be handy for cleaning my barn where a tractor won't fit,, lol

Do you really think that the administrators are right on top of every ad? Then there is the issue of checking the validity of each one. That would be overwhelming. Expecting FB administrators to protect folks from scams is simply na?ve. Real life 101: caveat emptor! Let the buyer beware.

I haven't seen it. Are you saying that you've seen an advertisement for something other than a toy that could be used as a legitimate excavator for $159?

Point being if enough people were to report getting scammed I would think they would block that ad is all. I would never have expected FB to protect me

Yes. There is a video ad
complete with specs and
footage of it in use. You can
order it from the ad.
Overseas company, not sure
how the scam works?

LOL, they should put a question, "Is this a scam? YES/NO" on the ad creation form. Surely all the scammers will answer honestly.

If that's the machine, Komatsu PC-01, I can see it being only $159 A MONTH with free shipping.

That said it is common on Facebook Marketplace to put deceptive prices in the ad. Such activity should be reported.
