Good morning! I don?t post on here a whole lot , but read just
about everyday. I have posted for sale items probably 5 - 8
times in the photo adds in the last ten years or so. For some
reason in the last year, I am unable to post for sale adds? It
always tells me my photos are not Jpg or gif or something?
They are always photos I have taken with my iPhone. I
change the size to less than 50k or whatever is the smallest?
I?m not a technical guy, but it should not be hard. I?m always
able to post an add on Craigslist. Anyone else having similar
issues? As always thanks for your time, Eric
 
Are you using the Upload Photos/Videos near the bottom of the posting window? The one with the Choose Files button? As I am unsure if the old Advanced Posting Tools area even works anymore.

Photo (and video) file sizes should be less than 5MB. Formats allowed are gif, jpg, png, ogg, mp4, mov, and avi. Be sure to use filenames WITHOUT spaces or special characters, and filetypes of 3 digits lower case. (So I think it has to be .jpg NOT .JPEG or .png not .PNG)

You could also have a formating problem you don't know about. That is why I keep telling people to download this photo APP. It corrects all of that stuff. The other thing is you could be blocked. When you save a photo from this program you want to select small if you have crummy web service.
