Also had a flat drive and 2 flats on the trailer. All had roofing nails in them. The company has been having a tough string of luck lately, my truck broke down on the road last week and the winch on the trailer blew up, they also had several other trucks down. I don't like when that happens as I know how expensive it is, but I'm glad I don't have to pay for it.

Been there done that but not that many all at one time.by the way is that a 20? container and if so how much does it weigh empty?

Better than yesterday.

Went to put the hay elevator in the barn for the winter, the winch got the best of me and I dropped it on the ground. The whirling winch handle smacked me in the hand a couple of times.

Went to mount a 20" truck tire on a manure spreader rim. Pinched the living $%#@ out of a finger on my OTHER hand trying to fish the valve stem through the hole in the rim.

Went to put the cab tractor on the manure spreader for winter, had to move 4 other tractors to get to it. Two of the four would not start, one because of a weak battery, the other because the float stuck open and the carb flooded.

Dad asks, "What's next?" I said I didn't care but it was HIS turn to pick what to do. We fed the cattle and went in and watched football.

For some reason the Longshormen were trying to get a law passed where all containers must be secured by ISO corners and not straps.

What kind of tire repair is required on truck tires. Do they have to be patched from the inside ? Three tires down is not a good day !

Poor truck looks like my newly acquired John Deere L111 lawn tractor that the neighbor gave me that only supposedly needed a new starter. Aired the tires up on it when I brought it to the shop on Saturday afternoon. Looked at it this morning and both front tires and the left rear are flat.

About that good, had to pickup load of steel, already loaded on trailer, one flat I could see right away then a glance at the others one inside dual was only side walls left and took out air bag, so yeah about that great! Lol

I noticed their trucks have a lot of scratches in the hoods. I?m sorry. That was a stupid comment. I?ll be giving the Cold Spring boys a holler soon for a demo box.

Long day for me, was working on getting a new communications adapter running at a LNG plant so it could talk back to master control site. We did not get it working, so will have to go back Thursday. I am working the next two days on a natural gas interconnect that we changed out the valves and metering. The metering is limiting the demand by 120 million cubic feet per day short, think they will want to fix that. This is a busy time of the year for me on the natural gas side, as we find out what is not working when the weather gets cold.

I was supposed to be working in Scotland next week, but have some customer issues on the natural gas lines, so will have one of my other engineers go.

I started the day with a flat on the tractor and ended the day with a flat on the combine. Everything in between went pretty good. I was pushing to finish harvest today but the deer antler in the combine tire left me about 12 acres short. And my tire man's service truck is broke down so I pulled the wheel off to bring into the shop in the morning. Glad it was a rear instead of front tire. Landlord used to say, "There will always be another day, and if there isn't, then it doesn't matter."

Had to fix broken air line in cab of our peterbilt. It wasnt importnt but had to be fixedd so new hose.passenger air ride seat
