I used to drive by that rig in front of the Garrett Company in Enumclaw, Washington. Garrett made log skidders for the timber industry. I think that is "Garrett #1", and if so, is said to be in the Buckley Logging Museum in nearby Buckley, Washington. Garrett Skidders were articulated and could crawl over stumps, etc. while pulling logs out of the woods. The company went out of business in about 2012, when the owner died and there was no one in place to take over (sound familiar?).

Yep, I think that's the one. The info I had was obviously wrong (or perhaps just "stale"). Thanks for posting.
