Will chains off a 18.4 x 34 fit on a 15.5 x 38 tire ?

They would be a LOT larger, do not know if they will suck up that much.

The 18.4x34 tire will stand up taller than the 15.5x38, so yes, the chains should fit. Might need to take up some of the excess with tarp straps.

I have a pair of chains hanging here in the barn off a JD 2510 w/15.5x38 tires I would sell.

There's no reason you can't get them cinched up. If they prove to be too long you can always remove one or two cross chains and shorten the side chains. As long as you're not planning on putting them back on the tractor with the 18.4x34's.

I ran chains for 18.4.38 tires on 15.5.38 tires for a long time just wrapped the excess around the tire and hooked em up
