My 760 in sunflowers, back in the 80's...

Second combine Dad owned was a Massey 510. Had a 3 row narrow head on it for years. I ran it from the time I got home from school at 4:30 until the frost would start coming on around midnight. I don't think he ever started picking corn until the week before Thanksgiving (USA). I know one year we didn't finish the corn until March, and had to go back and pick out the drifted in rows in May.
The only combine I owned was a 750 with a 6 row wide head.

I had the exact machine, purchased back in the early 90's. Had the 16' header for wheat and such. Wayyyyyy nicer (especially the AC) than the JD 95 predecessor. Purchased it South of Dallas and drove it 100 + miles home one Saturday...son had the header and was my "wide load" guide. Took me most of the day.

They don't mud well though. Would suck to have a poor mud combine around here this year and the last few years. Has rained for the last 4 days and have had like about 10 inches of rain in the last few weeks. Standing water everywhere right now. As bad as it was in the spring.

Nobody grows anything like that here be nest to see and combine them . Is it hard to setup the machine for them
