Definitely not overloaded but is that the trailer wiring harness looping down to the ground just in front of the axle?

Yes the sagebrush wasn?t the best on the trailer wiring but that?s ok because this trailer pretty much stays on the place as a fence material hauler

He actually didn?t know it was there. His son hooked it up when he was playing with it. After the picture we pulled up and told him about the tow.
