Alarm clock failed to get me up at 5AM

This is the first morning I got to sleep in until 830. I rewarded my alarm clock with tuna fish instead of cat food. Don't know what's wrong with the cat. Sleeping in is a good thing.

I wish my alarm clock would let me sleep. I keep telling him I am retired. I don't need to get up early. But he still wakes me up.At 0530.

My alarm clock is the demon in my head that gets me up at 5am. By backup is my hip and back.

When my alarm go's off. I do 10 sit-ups every morning. I would do more, but you can only hit the snooze button so many times. LOL

My alarm is my daughter sleeping in the room above us, getting up to go teach 8TH grade English to kids. She makes all kinds of noises sometimes. Some times I wake up grumpy, most of the time I let her sleep in. Couldn't resist adding that one in before someone beats me to it.

I've not used an alarm clock for probably 15 years or so. I still wake up at 4:30 or 5:00 every single morning.
