IM sorry..I was wrong..Mine does have the cables to operate the bucket....I dont know what I was thinking..SO can the cables be bad and drag, causing it to be hard to push foot feet??May not be the control valve at all..because now that I think about it..the Hydraulic control seals are always in oil..and they should not dry up and get hard ..so I might order coupe cables and hope that takes care of everything.
