Posted a while back on a 580B that I put on an exchange inj pump on and eng would not fire. Turns out pump was timed wrong internally with scribe lines aligned @ 8 degrees, hole in rotor was visible in #4 pump outlet rather than #1 outlet. Guess what I'll check before installing a Rosa pump in future.lol This tractor is out in the country w/loader down which adds to the challenge.
 
Sorry i gotta laugh,i messed with an 806 ihc same thing, place that rebuilt it swore they never mess up.
 
My pump shop said the same thing and suggested low compression. Al Baker and I disagreed w/Al saying "humans make mistakes". In doing business w/them for years w/excellent work guess they are owed a pass on this.
 
Yes, every say is an adventure!lol Seems at the tail end of my carrer am learning new things more often.
 
The Swede in me will not give up, will have BH running even with insulated coveralls, generator hooked to block heater and space heater.
