I m not well versed enough to know what it is but I like it. Going down I65 south of Louisville today.
 
I wish I could say it was coming to my
place. They are so much fun to run (and a
ton of work to maintain!)
 
looks like the one they use at a couple of shows in north Alabama and Tennessee they use it for threshing Demonstrations and to run a saw mill
 
it looks a bit beefier than a 40 h.p. model Case- to me it looks to be more in the 65-75 h.p. range.
 
The 75 I run has wider wheels, but maybe that was the way it was ordered originally. Everything else looks very close to a 75.
 

At Rough and Tumble they are constantly touring around the grounds. Like rustred said they are so quiet that they can come up behind you without you noticing, but put a load on them and they will make some noise!!
 
It's fun to watch them on the Prony Brake at Rollag, the harder they work the more HP they create! Most of them get well above the rated HP after awhile.
