I got 'em!!!!

On September 19, I went to the website for the Farmall gas cap recall and entered the serial numbers of the four Farmalls I own, 3 H's and an M.

Today I got a box containing FIVE free gas caps.

My H's are a 1941, 1944, and 1951, and the M is a 1945.

Who'd have thunk that after all these years they'd still have an active recall.

I saw those caps on a website yesterday - I think it was either Amazon or ebay. They were selling for a bit over $36. I wonder how many people have paid for them.

order them for the farmall M or such older tractor and problem solved. I did not give every serial number for every tractor I had when I got mine about ten years ago.

I received 5 of them, about a week after the request. One was for my Farmall B which my Dad bought new in 1941.
