I went and looked at that hit & Miss engine, it is a pump everything comes with it and it is free,turns over with no problem. Good compression. Super nice guy, he has a lot of engines. Said for you to call.Oh he guaranteed it to run.

OH, by the way how many of these hit & miss engines do you want? He probably has what ya need.
I don't think I can haul it in my PT Cruiser with it attached to the pump mechanism!! I'm heading to Portland the 24th of this month
