photo is mowing a Timothy field last night, 3rd cutting. Been fairly dry last 3 weeks. But, being absolutely dry this week, might as well cut it. Not going to get rained on.

This photo is 2 Friday nights ago, the dark clouds are hurricane Dorian passing east along the Jersey coast. 4th cutting alfalfa grass mix. We got no rain that day from the storm.

Looks like you will need to add a tine between each two on your rake and baler.

Quite dry here in southern Delaware. We're only 40 miles from the ocean, but no moisture coming from it right now.

The pivots around are running nearly non-stop on the soybeans and the vegetables.

Our sand holds little water so it doesn't take long with no rain to get dry, and it's been probably 5 weeks since a nice rain, though we've had a few small showers here and there. One shower was from Dorian, but all we got was a modest shower.

And at present the forecast is nothing but sun.

Rained here at my place East of the Blue Ridge in VA Friday and most of Saturday, over the Mountains on the West side they didn't get any.I went over both days and the rain stopped just over the top of the mountain.Big storm last Wednesday a lot of rain and very hard winds blew down trees every where.

Yeah. I raked tonight and on the sloped portions of this field the windrows are very thin. I am hoping I
get at least 15 bales per acre. Got 35 per acre from a predominantly orchard grass field just 2 weeks
ago. Same regrowth time. Just shows what a few more inches of rain can do.
