I thought man my toy collection has lost value rather than keep pace with inflation. I went looking to see how bad I might be in the hole. I think I will be OK or my estate will. :)^D

Dick L, always someone,at some point will buy something. Heck I bought that wreck of a toy last night. I think it's neat! Wish it could tell it's story!
 
Gotta find that right person that had one, or wanted one and family couldn't afford it. Heck, I just bought a new old stock West Bend 820 engine for a vintage go kart that belonged to my late uncle. Been looking a replacement since the original died 30 years ago, but they are hard to find not used up. Was it worth what the seller wanted? Only to me, because it means something to me, so I paid up and left. But where else am I going to find a straight-out-of 1963 kart engine?
 
It is a real gold paint West Bend 820. West Bend cast on all parts. Not sure if the original on my kart is a West Bend or a Chrysler, it has been polished, the tag is gone, and all the parts that would have the West Bend casting are GEM aftermarket.
